I hope management of this airline read carefully this review .
This is my first time traveling with western air and I have to say that it's my last also .
Unprofessional, worst customer service and I would suggest everyone choose other carrier than this .
I came from Freeport to nassau on Saturday in afternoon flight that was schedule at 12 when I got to airport at 11 was told that flight has been reschedule at 1 pm , shocked and curious why they ask contact information while booking flight if they don't want to inform customer about the changes . I missed my connecting flight due to their late flight / reschedule and worst part is they don't even feel sorry for you . Again while going back to Freeport on Monday morning first flight I got in the airport at 6:45 for my 8 am flight , another nightmare start here ... Got the boarding pass with flight timing 8:30 am without any notification from desk that flight had been delayed or anything ," they don't care " it doesn't finish here , I waited till 8:30 and no announcement at all so
I went to the desk and ask for my flight they said it had been delayed to 9 ( ARE YOU KIDDING ME ) didn't even page or sorry for inconvience . So again I missed my BUSINESS appointment today ... ALL THANKS TO WESTER AIR .
I am writing this review at 9:05 am from airport and I haven't even heard any announcement for delay or any information for my flight .
WILL NEVER TRAVEL AGAIN WITH THIS AIRLINE .
