My sister bought 50inch Samsung smart tv in July 2014 and Now November 2015 tv is not working. They are trying to say motherboard burnt out because of poor electricity. Customer service appetite is poor. Now she will have to spend more money to purchase another tv at a reputable electronic store. Check item if new or refurbish before you buy it. This is more a 0 rating.
