C. Kenneth Culmer (Ken) is a proud son of the soil of the island of Eleuthera. His ties with Eleuthera go back hundreds of years and his grandfather was the well-liked and respected Salathiel Bethel of the quaint settlement of South Palmetto Point. He currently resides in Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera, having moved there from the capital of Nassau, many years ago.

He has had wide business experience at the executive level, having held the post of Deputy Manager Director and Financial Controller and Treasurer of a very large Bahamian company for over twenty years. He is a graduate of business schools in the United States, Accounting and Management Studies.

years ago and is now a licensed Broker and a licensed appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (B.R.E.A.).

As an appraiser with many years of residential and commercial appraisal experience he is fully licensed by the Bahamas Real Estate Association and was successful in the completion of part 1 and 2 of the Association's first appraisal course.

Ken is a stickler for detail because of his accounting and administrative background and is capable of assisting you with all of your real estate and appraisal requirements on Eleuthera or any other island in the Bahamas.
