Review of Fathia Scooters

I did my research beforehand, Or so I thought. When we got off the ship I went to the booth and asked for the person I'd already spoken with via email. The woman at the counter told me she was off that day, but she could help me. The prices she gave me were higher than in the email so I asked if I was a different scooter rental place? She assured m that they "were the only ones on the island" who rented scooters. All scooter rental places were owned by the same company. I had no reason not to believe her as she seemed genuine. Boy was I wrong. We paid $85 EACH for 2 scooters for FOUR HOURS. The scooters were garbage. My husband and I drive scooters all the time so we are quite familiar with them. They were barely controllable, scratched, pieces missing, broken turn signals, and had no horns. The tires were little more than bicycle tires. The entire experience was awful. Then S we were coming back to return the pieces of garbage we saw another scooter rental place with a sign that read "$35 for the day". I was livid. I went inside to give them a piece of my mind but, they were closed. I had to search for someone to give the keys to and get my deposit back. They are terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away.
Also, there is no way to contact them online. Total ripoff.
